We've taken the Lemon Belgian Tea Cake and turned into Dulce De Leche madness!
Preheat your oven to 180-200C.
Grease a 20cm Tin and sprinkle with flour, add baking paper to the bottom of the tin.
Using a food processor add your Flour, Sugar, Butter and Eggs. Process for about 20 seconds, the mixture needs to contain texture and not become whole as a dough, you should still be able to feel the sugar in your fingers.
Reserve 2/3 of the mixture for the base, when in the tin, make sure the sides are a little higher so it can retain the filling. The remaining 1/3 will be added later.
Add your Dulce De Leche to top and spread lightly and evenly across.
Break the 1/3 of mixture into crumbles and put on top.
Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
