Dulce De Leche Brownie Cookies
Looking to incorporate Dulce de Leche into your baking? With these Brownie Cookies you can do just that! Crunchy exterior and soft inside with Dulce de Leche sitting at the heart of the cookie, you won’t resist taking a second bite. Being an easy and quick recipe to make you can wow your next guests or simply enjoy them all to yourself!

Ingredients
100 g Unsalted Butter
320 g Caster Sugar
50 g Cacao Powder
2 Eggs(Medium - 700g)
½ tsp Baking Powder
250 g Plain Flour
100 g Chocolate Chips
Filling
1 tsp Doulsi Dulce De LechePer Ball
Directions

Sift the Cacao Powder.

Beat the Eggs, Sugar and Cacao Powder with an electric mixer until it becomes a cream, you will still be able to see some sugar granules.

Sift the Flour with the Baking Powder.

Using a spatula add the flour and butter together slowly in small batches (Start with the flour first and then the butter).

There is no need to let the dough rest.

Make small balls of about 90g.

Making a hole in the middle of the ball with your finger incorporate the Dulce de Leche into the hole.

Close the hole and maintain the dough looking like a ball.

Place the balls in a tray covered in baking paper, widely spread as the balls will expand outwards.

In a pre-heated oven at 200C, cook for about 15 minutes.

Melted butter otherwise you won’t be able to mix the ingredients very well.
