Chop the nut mix, walnuts and cherries into smaller pieces.
Mix together with the Dulce de Leche.
Heat up oven to 180 - 200 C
use a non-stick tray or non-stick paper to place the mix. Use a large table and that will be 1 Florentine, give it the shapely softly with the spoon.
Cook in the oven for 10 Minutes.
Melt the chocolate down and use a brush (Plastic preferred) to coat the top layer of the Florentine once cooled down.
